A. K. Suda, Inc. Suda is the original designer and engineers of the Searex vessels, including the famous Trident Crusader a 260 ft lattice leg, self-propelled, self-elevating liftboat. It has also designed the 1st liftboat in the 240 ft size range below 100 Grt(US) and without the use of tonnage frames. Its design of the 160 ft crewboat, Hot Shot, was named as one of the Top Ten Significant Vessels of 2003 in Workboat Magazine for its innovative design.
